Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising lenders and developers on property finance and development finance transactions.
2. Handlingmercial and residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals.
3. Drafting and negotiating leases and managing landlord and tenant relationships.
4. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service.
About You:
5. Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–4 years PQE (guideline only).
6. Experience in property finance and development work is essential.
7. Strong technical skills andmercial awareness.
8. Excellentmunication and client-handling abilities.
9. A proactive team player with a keen interest in real estate law.
