Applications are invited for the post of Senior Charge Nurse within Clacks and Stirling Health and Social care partnership (C&SHSCP), Change Champion Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join C&SHSCP’s new ‘Change Champion Team’. You will be a part of a small multidisciplinary team delivering on the Coming Home Implementation working with adults with learning disabilities who have complex care needs. The Change Champion Team will work closely with service users and carers, The Clacks and Stirling Learning Disability Team, The Transitions Team, health, and social work, third and independent sector colleagues.
The team’s mission will be to lead on transformational change, planning and collaboration across the entire system to improve outcomes and opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and their carers.
The team will form strong local and national partnerships to deliver innovative, quality services, that are sustainable and truly person centred. This work is based upon national policy linked to Same as You (2000), Keys to Life (2013) and Coming Home Report (2018).
This band 7 post is full time Monday to Friday 9-5, fixed term or secondment for one-year. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and experienced RNLD with evidence of post registration training in areas of study relevant to this post.
These can be clinical supervision, and mentorship, relevant knowledge and training in Adult Support and protection in LD. Further post registration training in a psychological modality, e.g. CBT, BFT, and PBS are essential.
Proven leadership skills are essential with evidence of professional development in leadership and a first degree as well as knowledge of current policy trends within learning disabilities.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
