Senior Clerical Assistant NLC4 - £24,984 - £26,223
Located within one of our establishments, you will provide senior clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing the co-ordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and assisting in the supervision of a small team of administrative staff.
You must have a good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills, and effective communication skills. The ability to meet deadlines, work effectively as part of a team, and use your own initiative are essential. An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable, as is supervisory experience.
You will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
This post is temporary, with a working pattern of 35 hours per week:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:45 - 16:45 (with a 55-minute unpaid break)
* Friday: 08:45 - 16:15 (with a 50-minute unpaid break)

*For casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked, as compensation for annual leave and public holidays. These rates will be shown separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for hours worked.
