Daniel Owen is looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Service Engineer to start with one of our clients based within London. This Fire Alarm Engineer will be employed on a permanent basis with a company Van and Fuel Card provided.
Job Description:
You will need to be able to manage yourself whilst on site. Good understanding of technology, good organisation, and communication skills. Ability to work from steps and ladders, with an understanding of health and safety is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Servicing a range of fire alarm systems
2. Work safely and in accordance with
current health and safety and Fire Alarm Regulations and standards.
3. Demonstrate knowledge and competence in working with various
Fire Alarm controls.
4. Complete scheduled servicing of Fire Alams
5. Complete full installations and upgrades of fire alarm systems.
6. Complete
all paperwork and job reports via the Oneserve application.
7. Ensure all work conducted is in compliance with BS 7671 & BS
5839 Fire Alarm regulations.
8. Attend and complete all company provided training sessions.
9. Participate in performance improvement programmes and regular appraisals
10. Liaise effectively with office staff and supervisors to resolve queries
11. Adhere to any KPI's set by the company
12. Perform any other duties as reasonably required by
your line manager or company directors
