Designer – Must have façade/cladding experience
Location: Remote – travelling to sites in Hertfordshire & North London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities
* Create detailed drawings using relevant specifications.
* Conduct site surveys and capture photos to support your designs.
* Collaborate with Estimating, Commercial, and Site management teams to track design and quality issues.
* Communicate with manufacturers, structural engineers, and architects as necessary.
Key responsibilities
* Monitor and revise assigned drawings efficiently.
* Liaise with project teams and distribute essential documentation.
* Resolve technical queries and recommend solutions.
* Assist with site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Ensure timely information is available for site setup from start to finish.
* Train and advise site management and subcontractors as needed.
* Measure and monitor KPIs for site management and subcontractors.
* Attend regular meetings with site teams to stay aligned.
* Update subcontractor database and facilitate procurement and ordering.
* Compile information for relevant standards for clients and funders.
Must have
* Basic CSCS card required.
* Essential experience with facades, EWI, cladding, and rainscreen.
* Proficient in AutoCAD (3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit optional).
* Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, and Outlook.
