ABOUT THE ROLE - PERMANENT 37 HOURS PER WEEK
1. Help children build firm foundations for life through high-quality early years education and care
2. Create a warm, nurturing and secure environment where every child feels valued and ready to learn
3. Plan and deliver creative, child-centred activities in line with the EYFS and individual needs
4. Support children with SEND and work closely with families to encourage engagement and development
5. Be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values professional growth and reflective practice
6. Contribute to a supportive setting that works with local partners to give every child the best start
ABOUT YOU
7. You'll hold a level 2 qualification in childcare or early years and have experience of supporting young children's learning and development
8. You're caring, patient and committed to giving every child the best possible start in life
9. You're confident planning engaging activities and can adapt to meet the needs of each child, including those with SEND
10. You're a great communicator, able to work closely with families, colleagues and external partners
11. You're practive, reflective and always looking to grow through learning and feedback
