Youll be working across the Basingstoke area for a major housing contractor known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is a business where your contribution is valued, and stability is a priority.
We welcome applications from candidates who have worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Bathroom Fitter, Wet Room Fitter, or in a similar role within the construction or social housing sector.
As the Plumber,you will be responsible for:
* Working on kitchens and bathrooms in tenanted properties
* Carrying out full plumbing works, including refitting sinks, baths, and toilets
The successful Plumber will:
* Experience completing plumbing works within reactive maintenance
* Proven ability to carry out similar tasks with a high attention to detail
* NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience within social housing or domestic properties
