As the Contractor Sourcing Manager, you will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to drive high‑quality vendor performance and streamlined processes.
* Leading sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of subcontractors and vendors across multiple programs
* Managing master service agreements, redlines, documentation, and approval workflows
* Acting as the primary liaison to Accounting and Finance on vendor matters, including cost analysis
* Monitoring vendor performance, compliance, responsiveness, and quality
* Driving corrective action plans and resolving issues related to billing, service quality, and documentation
* Supporting adoption of vendor portals, documentation platforms, and operational tools
* Tracking KPIs, onboarding timelines, vendor metrics, and risk escalation

The Successful Applicant
* Experience in subcontractor procurement, vendor management, or construction‑related sourcing
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to support margin improvement
* Proven background managing MSAs, vendor onboarding, and compliance
* Strong financial and analytical aptitude
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow‑through
* Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Procore preferred
* Familiarity with construction or field‑services safety and regulatory standards
