The Opportunity
Right in the heart of Reading, just steps from The Oracle and surrounded by buzzing bars and restaurants, The Boundary is a lively town-centre pub that’s known for stone-baked pizzas, craft beers, cocktails, and a top-notch bottomless brunch. We’re planning an investment for FY26 and are looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the next chapter of our journey. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and keeping the vibe welcoming.
About You
We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a busy pub and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll be confident with numbers, passionate about food and drink, and in tune with the latest trends in craft beer and cocktails. Most importantly, you’ll love creating memorable moments for guests and building a team that’s proud to be part of something special.
