The Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be supporting the finance function with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of accounts processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
Assisting with payroll preparation
Reconciling bank accounts and company credit cards
Managing accounts receivable and payable
Supporting month-end reporting and general finance admin
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in a similar accounts role (preferred, but not essential if you're keen to learn)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A positive attitude and team player mindset
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) would be an advantage
