Are you a proactive, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment? Our client, a forward-thinking and values-driven company, is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Operations Assistant to support their leadership team and ensure smooth business operations behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking pride in making things happen. You will play a vital role across multiple areas including executive support, operations, culture, events, and marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Executive Support
Managing calendars, inboxes, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and preparing leaders for their engagements.
2. Operations
Updating CRMs, managing reports, maintaining databases, and refining workflows to improve efficiency.
3. People & Culture
Supporting onboarding, internal communications, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
4. Event Coordination
Organizing team socials, client gatherings, and celebrations to promote team cohesion.
5. Problem-Solving
Identifying and resolving issues proactively, and continuously improving processes.
6. Marketing Support
Assisting with website updates, social media, and content to enhance the company's online presence.
Who are we looking for:
* 1-3 years experience in Recruitment Operations
* Experience with Administration, Finance, and Diary Management
* Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Outlook, and LinkedIn
* Strong team player with a flexible attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
