The ideal candidate is someone with high-throughput, low-latency systems who will lead the pod technically by example, with awareness of how to work towards strategic goals while executing short-term tactical initiatives. In this position they will receive open-ended business requirements & processes to estimate then breakdown into User Stories with the team meaning architectural knowledge at a product and code level is key success. As the most senior developer dedicated to the pod, theyd also be expected to mentor & coach the team, collaborating with them to grow their skills while meeting delivery expectations individually and as a team.
