Head Housekeeper – 5* Hotel, nr Oban – Scotland, £35k + tronc + live in option
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper for this award winning, luxury 5* hotel located a few miles north of Oban, Scotland.
This luxury boutique hotel has 16 bedrooms as well as offering self-contained accommodation with incredible views over the surrounding countryside and the neighboring Loch.
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be
1. responsible for housekeeping across all accommodation
2. managing the housekeeping team including organising rotas
3. ensuring high standards are maintained and that guests’ satisfaction is more than exceeded
4. hands on - this is a hands on role so you will be involved in the daily housekeeping and not office based

Our ideal candidate would be
9. an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Head Housekeeper with a 5* or 4* hotel background
10. able to lead, manage and motivate a team
11. hands on (this is not an office based role)
12. attentive to detail with exceptional customer service skills
13. able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
14. flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
This is a remote location so it is preferable for candidates to have their own transport and be happy in a remote location
