Solicitor/Legal Executive – Associate or Senior Associate level
Chippenham, Wiltshire
This fantastic senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and successful team
You will become (if not from the outset) a trusted pair of hands and potentially Deputy Head of Department
The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of real estate law, including:
* Acquisitions & disposals
* Leases
* Asset Management
* Commercial Property Finance, Security & Investment
You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as the established & loyal clients already on board
What Experience Do You Need?
* 5+ years' PQE in commercial property law
* Strong real estate knowledge
* Any specialisms will be welcomed & nurtured ie: agricultural/energy (although these are not essential)
* Openness to business development & marketing
