2. Support your Store Manager: Coach the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
3. Customer experience: Lead from the front to deliver exceptional service.
4. Safety: Maintain a safe environment for store, team, and customers.
5. Stock management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
6. Visual merchandising: Support VM standards for displays.
7. Knowledge update: Keep current on pet care, products, and services.
8. Recruitment: Onboard and induct new team members.
9. Team culture: Foster a supportive and enjoyable workplace.
10. Marketing support: Engage in local marketing and sponsorships.
