Registered Manager - Regulated Care
Location: Office-based, Northamptonshire
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £39,114.92

Northamptonshire Carers is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our regulated care services. This is a pivotal role ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery across our services, maintaining compliance with CQC and other statutory regulations, and supporting our mission to improve the lives of carers and those they care for.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage regulated care services, ensuring contractual targets and quality standards are met.
2. Maintain CQC registration and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Oversee personal care services and manage day-to-day operations, including out-of-hours on-call.
4. Supervise regulated care staff and administrative support, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
5. Conduct audits, prepare for inspections, and report to senior leadership and trustees.
6. Implement safeguarding protocols and ensure GDPR compliance.
