Psychology Graduate Role
Pay: £90 - £100 per day
Location: Crowborough
Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in the classroom? Join us at Term Time Teachers as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them thrive in their educational journey.
What You'll Do:
Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to SEN pupils
Help implement educational activities and support individual learning plans
Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to children with additional needs
Support positive behaviour management and promote inclusion in the classroomWhat We're Looking For:
Psychology graduates passionate about education and child development
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
Previous experience working with children or in education is an advantage but not essential
A commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeingRequirements
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Legal right to work in the UK
