Overview
Community Mental Health Nurse - Later Life South. This is a rare opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join our multi-disciplinary team following promotion for the current postholder. The Later Life Team provides mental health care for older adults who have a severe mental health condition within the Stroud and Cirencester area. We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our well established and progressive team. The team provides a planned needs led 9-5 service. Flexible working arrangements will be considered, with requests assessed against genuine operational requirements.

Responsibilities
* Care coordinating a designated caseload
* Working within CPA Policy and associated countywide risk procedures
* Travelling independently
* Use of IT skills
* Working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults, the Mental Health Act (MHA) and Mental Capacity Act (MCA)
