What you'll do
14. You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and administration of Dorchester Collection IT infrastructure and the third-party providers that deliver support for the physical and virtualised infrastructure.
15. The corporate IT support team ensures that all systems are configured and supported in such a way as to maximise availability of systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to helpdesk team members and end users.

18. The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a core requirement of on-call support outside of these working hours. We are based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge.
What you'll bring
19. You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
20. You will have previous experience in an IT Technical Support or similar role, preferably within a mid to enterprise size business.
21. You will have experience with administration of Microsoft cloud. technologies, Active Directory Users and Computers, and Microsoft Office 365.
22. English is the primary language used in our office. You can comfortably communicate in this language, both verbally and written.
23. You’ll bring you knowledge of server and desktop hardware support and deployment, and of networking configuration and troubleshooting.
24. Understanding of LAN, WAN & Wireless networking technologies.
25. Administration of virtualised infrastructure a key advantage.
26. Any of the following industry certifications are highly advantageous: ITIL, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA or Computing related degree.
