Location: Highbury Campus, with cross campus travel required
Salary: £25,119.37 - £26,759.27 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent

About the role: The HR Coordinator will support the HR Manager at the Highbury Campus by ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to recruitment & onboarding, employee records and HR compliance. The HR Coordinator will provide first-line HR support to staff by managing the HR ticket system, answering queries and printing staff badges.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting job ads, scheduling and attending interviews
* Leading on onboarding for a cohort of new starters from offer to day one
* Participate in new starter induction as well as delivering the HR induction
* Support the HR Manager in maintaining the HR Information System
* Creating and running basic reports for the HR team and wider management team
* Taking minutes at investigation meetings and hearings
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
* Provide general HR support to staff and address basic HR queries
To be successful in this role
* CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards
* Evidence of commitment to professional development
* A good standard of Maths and English
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience of working in a HR environment
