About the Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. Your responsibilities may include: * Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or MLD * Creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support personalised learning * Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to ensure holistic support * Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive, nurturing learning environment * Assessing progress, providing regular feedback, and celebrating pupil achievements We work with a variety of SEN and alternative provision settings, giving you the opportunity to explore different environments and age groups to find the right fit.
