Location: Northampton Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility required within these hours) About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, with tasks including picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is willing to be flexible with their working hours. You must also be happy to work in refrigerated areas of the warehouse when required. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Loading and unloading stock as required. Carrying out general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Working in refrigerated areas as part of daily tasks. Following all health & safety procedures. Reading and understanding instructions, labels, and paperwork in English to ensure accuracy. Requirements Basic English reading skills essential. Ability to work efficiently in a team. Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in refrigerated areas.
