This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact — you’ll spend two days per week in Harrogate, collaborating with a supportive and ambitious team, while enjoying flexibility for remote working the rest of the week.
The Role:
As Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering measurable growth across digital channels. You’ll manage paid search activity, improve organic rankings, and enhance website conversion rates through data-driven insights and continuous optimisation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings.
* Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels to drive quality leads
* Enhancing website performance, UX, and conversion rates through testing and analytics.
* Using AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, keyword targeting, and campaign analysis.
* Conducting keyword research, on-page and technical SEO improvements, and competitor analysis.
* Reporting on campaign performance and ROI using Google Analytics and related tools.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on expertise in SEO and PPC.
* Proven success improving website performance and paid campaign efficiency.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
* Experience using AI tools for digital marketing or automation
* A proactive, data-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and working both independently and collaboratively.
