Secondary Teaching Assistant Full-time School: Specialist SEN provision within a mainstream secondary school. Role: Work one-to-one with pupils with ASD or SEMH, support differentiated lessons, and assist with behaviour management strategies. Requirements: Experience working with SEN students. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to implement differentiated learning strategies. Desirable: Level 3 or higher in SEN or Education. Training in therapeutic or SEMH approaches.
