As a SuccessFactors Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and managing one or more functional workstreams, including guiding blended onshore/offshore teams. Designing, configuring, and integrating SuccessFactors solutions, including data migrations. Collaborating with senior business stakeholders and global process owners to shape transformation outcomes. Driving project governance, including plans, risks, issues, and scope management. Presenting solution recommendations and thought leadership at client forums and design authorities. To succeed as a SuccessFactors Solutions Architect, you will need: Proven experience in a functional and/or technical role within business or systems delivery, ideally across multiple sectors. Strong documentation and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. Hands-on experience delivering project outputs such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, and process flows. Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and client collaboration skills with strong presentation abilities. Awareness of delivery methodologies, approaches, and current market trends within HCM. (Bonus: Certifications in multiple SAP modules are highly desirable.)
