We are seeking a passionate and visionary Head of School to join our leadership team and drive teaching and learning across Ryecroft CE Middle School in Rocester and Windsor Park CE Middle School in Uttoxeter—two vibrant schools united by a strong Christian ethos and a commitment to pupil success.
Working in close partnership with our Executive Headteacher, you will play a central role in leading school improvement, nurturing high-quality teaching, and empowering every child to thrive—academically, socially, and spiritually. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two schools committed to high standards, inclusive values, and a distinctive Christian ethos. Both schools are proud members of the Innovate 2 Educate Partnership, a group of schools grounded in collaboration, ambition and support.
We are looking for a leader who:

* Has a proven track record of raising standards and leading successful teams

* Can lead with confidence in the strategic integration of technology, including the implementation of iPads to enhance teaching, learning and pupil engagement
