Customer Success Executive
Based in Basildon
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
£18,000 OTE

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, is a strong listener and great at identifying how they can improve our customers experience.
We are Newsquest Media, one of the UK's leading publishers of local newspapers and magazines, and ensuring that our customers get the best from their Newspaper and Magazine subscriptions is key to this role. Working in a small team you will be talking through subscription benefits, building rapport and creating opportunities to discuss other promotional opportunities.
If you have experience in customer based positions, are a great conversationalist and have an interest in Media we would love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
* Customer Expertise – Ideally, you will have telephone or customer facing experience, preferably in subscriptions, publishing, or media.
* Resilience & Persuasion – You enjoy a challenge, thrive on giving a great customer experience, and know how to turn a 'maybe' into a 'yes'.
* Great Communicator – You can build rapport effortlessly, have a strong general knowledge, and can adapt your approach to engage with a wide variety of customers.
* Passion for Media – You understand the value of quality journalism and love promoting products that inform and inspire.
