Job Summary
The Advocacy and Campaigns Manager will shape and deliver the "Put Children First" initiative, influencing decision-makers, engaging stakeholders, and leading impactful campaigns to prioritize children’s health and wellbeing in public policy.
The role requires strategic thinking, strong public affairs expertise, and excellent communication skills. The campaign is child-led, involving working with children to amplify their voices. The post holder will collaborate with politicians, policymakers, clinicians, internal stakeholders, partner organizations, and the public to advocate for change, positioning Alder Hey Children’s Charity as a leading voice in children’s health policy and advocacy. This is a pioneering role in a unique charity-NHS Trust setting.
