What We're Looking For:
We're after a proven telesales manager with an entrepreneurial streak. Someone who knows how to lead from the front, drive results, and inspire those around them.
You should have experience managing a sales floor of 10+ agents, consistently delivering multi 6-7 figure monthly revenue.
Your Mission:
* Lead & Deliver: Manage and grow a team of 8 high-performing Sales Consultants, ensuring targets are hit consistently.
* Drive Daily Performance: Run high-energy morning meetings to motivate and focus the team, with a strategy for each day.
* Optimise Every Call: Monitor sales calls daily to identify coaching opportunities and unlock even better results.
* Report with Insight: Analyse team metrics and performance trends, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Set the Standard: Create a fast-paced, results-driven culture where hitting goals is the baseline and smashing them is the expectation.
What You Bring:
* Minimum 4 years of telesales management experience
* A proven track record of scaling sales performance and growing revenue
* The ability to coach, inspire, and lead from the front
* A natural rapport builder with a keen eye for performance gaps and improvements
Nice to Have:
* Experience in direct telesales or sales call centre environments
* Knowledge or passion for the property investment space
