We’re working with a highly respected, independent property consultancy who are looking to strengthen their Development team with the addition of a Senior or Associate Development Surveyor. They advise on some of the most exciting large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the Midlands — offering the chance to work on complex, high-profile schemes while still being part of a close-knit, supportive team.\n\n The Role\n You’ll be involved in all aspects of development consultancy, including:\n \nAdvising landowners, developers, and investors on land transactions and development opportunities.
\nUndertaking financial appraisals, feasibility studies, and development viability assessments. \nManaging land sales and acquisitions, including negotiation and disposal strategy. \nSupporting clients throughout the development lifecycle — from initial concept to delivery.
