Responsibilities
* Provide personal care for residents.
* Support and encourage the well‑being of residents.
* Assist residents with all activities of daily life.
* Work full or part‑time night shifts, including alternate weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience helpful but not required; training and professional qualification support will be provided.
* Reliable, friendly, and professional.
* Team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
