We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules, along with strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform architecture.
The candidate will play a key role in driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements. Build and customize ServiceNow applications using: o Business Rules o Script Includes o Client Scripts o UI Policies o UI Actions o Flow Designer o Workflows Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. CMDB Management
Design and maintain CMDB data model and CI relationships. Implement CMDB governance, health dashboards, and data quality rules. Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping integrations. Ensure accurate CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping. ITOM & TSOM Implementation
Implement and support IT Operations Management capabilities including: o Event Management o Discovery o Service Mapping o Operational Intelligence Work on Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions for telecom network/service monitoring. Configure event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows. TSM (Telecom Service Management)
Implement ServiceNow Telecom Service Management capabilities. Develop workflows for service provisioning, fulfillment, and incident handling in telecom environments. Integrate telecom OSS/BSS systems with ServiceNow platform. Integrations
Develop integrations using: o REST APIs o SOAP APIs o MID Server o Integration Hub Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as: o Monitoring tools o OSS/BSS systems o CRM systems o Network management tools. Architecture & Design
Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture. Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure platform solutions. Participate in platform upgrades and architecture reviews. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with: o Architects o Business analysts o Operations teams o Infrastructure teams Support Agile/Scrum delivery models. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
7+ years of IT experience 35 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development Experience working with CMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules Technical Skills
