Overview
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our Facilities team. Whether you've been painting for years or you've recently completed a relevant college course and are ready to take on your first role, we're open to welcoming someone who's eager to learn, take pride in their work, and help keep our resort looking its best.
As part of the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for painting across the entire resort - both inside and out. That means everything from guest accommodation and communal areas to external buildings and structures supporting both planned and reactive maintenance. At times, you'll work alongside internal teams or external service providers to get the job done efficiently and professionally. All tools and equipment required for the role will be provided, so you can focus on delivering high-quality work without worrying about the kit. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:30, giving you a consistent schedule and a good work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* Paint across the entire resort – both inside and out (guest accommodation, communal areas, external buildings and structures).
* Collaborate with internal teams or external service providers to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
* Ensure quality of painting work and maintain tools and equipment provided.
Qualifications/Experience
* Experience in a maintenance or painting environment, or completed a relevant course and ready to apply skills in a practical setting.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work within health and safety guidelines.
* Strong communication, and a positive, professional attitude—whether working independently or as part of a team.
