Health Care Assistant
HFH Healthcare – Locations: Chippenham. We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months' experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home‑to‑home role; you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have quite complex needs and require a carer who is attentive, pro‑active and up for a challenge. Job Details
* Job Type: Full Time and Part Time available
* Schedule: 12‑hour day and 12‑hour night shifts available; must be able to do a minimum of 24 hours a week
* Salary: £12.71 – £16 per hour
* Hours per week: average three shifts (36 hrs) for an approximate weekly earnings of £500–£555
* Annual earnings: £26,200 – £28,950 based on a 3‑day a week pattern

What HFH offers
* Clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from continuity of a small core team of regular care staff
* Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours
* Work will be offered to meet your availability; as a guide the average carer works three shifts (36 hrs) per week and earns £500–£555 per week
* The regular working patterns required by our clients mean that this three‑day a week pattern equates to an approximate annual income of £26,200 – £28,950
* We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of pay via PAYE, removing the need to employ third‑party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations
* Rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked

* Minimum 6 months of experience as a carer or in a similar role
* Reliable, compassionate, attentive, pro‑active
* Ability to work independently at a client’s residence
