We are looking for a Automation Tech Lead (Power Platform) to act as the primary technical authority for our automation squad, with a strong focus on Power Platform. This isn’t a line management role; it’s for a hands-on expert who wants to own architecture, governance, and delivery of a group-wide automation capability.
The Mission
As the Automation Tech Lead (Power Platform), you will define the optimal approach to automation across the business, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You’ll bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable solutions, while integrating with AWS and wider enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Architectural Authority: Define standards and best practices across Power Platform solutions
* Strategic Delivery: Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through to release
* Governance & CoE: Implement controls, environment strategy, and platform governance
* Agile Planning: Drive quarterly planning and a clear “Now, Next, Later” roadmap
* Problem Solving: Act as escalation point for complex automation and integration challenges
About You
You’re a self-starter who thrives on ownership and takes responsibility for quality, security, and data integrity.
* Tech Stack: Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) plus AWS
* Experience: 3+ years or relevant certifications (e.g. Power Platform Solution Architect)
* Mindset: Consultative approach with ability to translate technical strategy to stakeholders
* Agile: Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks
