About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
* Assist in delivering learning activities and promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Implement strategies that support students' academic, emotional, and social development
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
* A genuine interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people
* A full UK driving licence (essential due to school location)
