We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven International Account Manager to grow and manage our global customer and supplier base.
Role Purpose
The International Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with international carriers, aggregators, and enterprise clients. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management & Growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and key accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and delivered.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Business Development
* Develop new international business opportunities, including identifying and onboarding new carriers, resellers, and enterprise clients.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, interconnects, and rate deals.
* Performance & Reporting
* Monitor traffic, revenue, and margin performance for accounts.
* Produce regular reports and forecasts for management, highlighting opportunities and risks.
* Work closely with the routing, finance, and technical teams to ensure service quality and profitability.
* Customer Experience & Service
* Ensure a proactive approach to customer service, resolving issues efficiently.
* Support the onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing support.
* Maintain excellent communication and service levels to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
