French Teacher – Folkestone

This high-achieving school in Folkestone is looking for a passionate French Teacher to inspire students across KS3-KS5, helping them develop fluency, cultural understanding, and confidence in their language skills.
Contract: Full time – September start
Salary: £162 - £223 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and immersive French lessons that build fluency and enthusiasm.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing themselves in French.
* Support students in developing strong communication skills through speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
* Bring French culture to life through interactive lessons, discussions, and activities.
* Work closely with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and create exciting learning experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in French language and culture.
* Experience teaching KS3-KS5 students.
* Ability to motivate and engage students in both theoretical and practical lessons.
* Enthusiasm for extracurricular language activities and school-wide events.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
