Rate: £38 per hour umbrella. Hybrid working available.
My client is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist for a Community Reablement position with the Homefirst Neighbourhood team south. This role is part of the home first hospitals service, focusing on the newly implemented discharge to assess process.
Key requirements:
* Car driver with own vehicle required.
* Must be experienced in occupational therapy.
