About Walton Grove
Walton Grove, opened earlier this year, provides nursing care for adults with complex needs from brain injuries, dementia, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities. The home has 40 bedrooms and two apartments across four units. It features communal dining and living spaces, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, a therapy room, a beauty salon and accessible gardens. This small-group living model aims to be homely and responsive to individual needs.
About The Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of our home. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet people’s medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs
* Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
* Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks
* Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards
* Supervising your Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect interventions appropriately

About You
Above all, you’re aligned with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.
