Job Overview:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and flexible Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. The role will primarily involve liaising with clients, managing communication, and assisting with follow-up tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also handle general administrative tasks and assist in maintaining client relationships. The position offers flexibility to work both from the venue and from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Communicate with potential and current clients via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries, offer venue information, and provide exceptional customer service.
Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring that clients are fully informed about the services we offer and assisting in their decision-making process.
Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with event planning logistics as needed.
Database Management: Maintain and update client records and track communication through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
General Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Venue Support: Assist on-site at the venue when needed for meetings with clients, showings, or event coordination.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to liaise professionally with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
* Proficient in basic computer applications (email, MS Office, Google Suite).
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Flexible with hours and tasks; able to adjust to the needs of the business.
* Highly organised with an attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Some tasks can be completed remotely, though there will be on-site requirements at the venue for client meetings, showings, and event-related support.
