You will have experience working across a variety of AI solutions, tools, and platforms, and you’ll be comfortable learning new technologies and frameworks quickly. A solid background in software development is essential, including proficiency in languages such as Python, experience designing and consuming APIs, and familiarity with modern development and deployment practices.
Just as important as your technical skills is your mindset. You thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly as problems evolve, and are motivated by learning new skills on the fly. You expect early iterations to change, embrace fast feedback, and iterate openly.
