They are seeking a Technical Lead Developer who will be at the forefront of driving their digital future.

As Lead Developer, you will work across multiple application stacks, providing expertise in selecting new technologies, maintaining existing platforms, and developing new solutions aligned with strategic business plans and objectives.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and mentoring a development team, providing technical guidance, ensuring quality, and following best practices. You will oversee the technical aspects of software projects, ensuring architecture aligns with business goals, technical requirements, and digital strategy.
As Lead Developer, your responsibilities include:
* Building and managing a team of traditional and low-code developers capable of delivering the Group Digital Strategy.
* Mentoring and managing mid-level and junior developers, supporting their growth.
* Collaborating with external developers and partners to assess quality and performance, and making recommendations for future platform usage.
* Ensuring the quality and alignment of software platforms by providing technical guidance to internal and external teams.
* Leading end-to-end technical development using low-code and traditional techniques, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
* Utilizing AI technologies to address business opportunities.
* Working with the Head of Applications and Architecture to assess SaaS providers and validate cloud architecture design.
* Prototyping and identifying emerging technologies to drive innovation.
* Designing and managing APIs and API strategy, ensuring versioning and compatibility.
* Managing version control strategies and code management policies.
* Developing applications with reusable, testable, and efficient code.
* Developing and maintaining integrations between low-code platforms and other enterprise solutions.
As Lead Developer, you will have:
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience with .NET (C#) in a commercial environment.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
* Experience designing solutions for Microsoft Azure.
* Proficiency with low/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps.
* A strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
* Experience working within an Agile framework.
* Strong experience with relational databases (SQL).
* Expertise in using GIT for version control and collaboration.
