Your Role
You will support adults with diverse needs including physical disabilities, autism, cognitive impairments, and those requiring palliative care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Support with mobility and light physical activities
* Assist with medication, nutrition, and hydration
* Perform light housekeeping tasks
* Follow Infection Prevention Control protocols and use PPE
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
* Administer first aid (after training)
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively
* Use assistive technology and internal IT systems
* Promote safeguarding and client well‑being
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Good English and basic Math skills
* Health & Social Care qualifications are a plus – but can be earned on the job
