Overview
Morgan McKinley is looking for a highly experienced Sales Director who has proven SaaS or technology sales experience. This Sales Director job opportunity will drive the sales strategy and execution, leading multi-segment sales performance, pipeline generation, and team development.

Location: Super hybrid working 1 or 2 days office based, flexible - outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth
* Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic deals
* Oversee and manage the sales team
* Drive growth and manage key client accounts
* Optimise pricing and positioning
* Working closely with other teams and the senior leadership, providing forecasts, insights, sales reports etc
Qualifications
* Proven experience of working in a similar B2B sales, senior level sales type role, within SaaS / Tech
* Experience selling into SME, mid-market, enterprise or public sector customers
* Leadership experience along with strategic planning and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical abilities
