Inside Sales Representative
Robotics & Laboratory Automation | Global Customers
We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow sales of advanced robotics and automation solutions within the laboratory automation sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-tech engineering business working with leading global organisations across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, and manufacturing. You’ll play a key role in generating and nurturing sales opportunities, working closely with senior leadership, applications engineers, and marketing.
What you’ll be doing
* Proactively identifying and engaging new customers through calls, emails, social platforms, and events
* Qualifying leads and uncovering customer needs to build a strong sales pipeline
* Presenting automation solutions and their commercial value to prospective customers
* Supporting the creation and presentation of quotations and proposals
* Managing customer relationships through the full sales process
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
* Collaborating with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue
What we’re looking for
* A motivated, target-driven sales professional with strong communication skills
* Comfortable engaging with technical products and complex customer requirements
* Confident presenting virtually and in person
* Willing to travel occasionally (UK, Europe, USA)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence
