Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Wallsend, England
Shift: Nightshift (Mon‑Thurs 10pm‑6am / Fri 5pm‑11pm)
Pay Rate: £17.17 p/hr

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our client within a busy heavy manufacturing environment. These roles are offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 12‑month training period. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines in line with production requirements.
- Carry out routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Identify and report faults, defects, or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety practices.
