1. Supporttheorganisationtoensurenewproductsandservicesareinlinewithrelevantpoliciesandstrategies.
2. TheCouncilsdaytodaykeyrepresentative&businesspartnerinallcommunicationswiththesuppliersandkeystakeholders(internalandexternal)forallocatedportfolioofdigitalbusinesssolutions.
3. Manageadequateinternalcontrolsforthesecurityandintegrityofthesolutions,ensuringthatfraudandotherlossesarepreventedandthatInternalAuditrecommendationsareimplementedpromptly.
4. Workwithsuppliersandinternalcolleaguestoconfiguresystemstomeetbusinessrequirements
5. Ensurethatfrontlinesupportanddevelopmentofthesystemisprovidedinlinewithrequirementsandappropriatestandards.
6. Developandmanageanylinkstoothersolutionsensuringthatrelevantprocessesandproceduresarecarriedouttoensuredataisvalidatedandfitforpurpose.
7. Develop,requestorcommissionallreports,outputsandinterfacesrequiredbytheorganisationfromtherelevantsolutions. Supporttheorganisationwithrefiningtheirrequestsforinformation.
