What You'll Do:
As a Product Management Associate, you will:
* Support product marketing efforts by collaborating directly with product managers.
* Assist in creating insightful reports and coordinate marketing initiatives.
* Manage project schedules and ensure timely product availability to meet customer demands.
* Provide pre- and post-sale marketing support, including research and writing for public relations.
* Coordinate trade show activities and track marketing campaigns to evaluate results.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to create a positive customer experience.

Who You Are:
* Degree in Life Science, Bio-medical Science, or a relevant business qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
* A dynamic, passionate, and self-reliant individual with a flexible attitude toward challenges.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Appreciation of current diagnostic technologies and strong administration skills.
* Skilled in problem-solving with a keen eye for detail and product strategy.

Location:
This role is based in the UK/ROI Head Office in Burgess Hill 2 days a week.
