Role: Contract Coordinator (Asset & Lifecycle)

Our client is seeking a Contract Coordinator to support lifecycle and variation projects, aligning with their core values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge, and Deliver Excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining client and community confidence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Lifecycle Manager in delivering lifecycle and variation projects across contracts.
2. Review scope of works for projects on each contract.
3. Liaise with contractors and suppliers for surveys and quotes that meet project requirements.
4. Review contractor and supplier quotes for completeness and accuracy.
5. Manage lifecycle and variation works in accordance with contract documents and timelines.
6. Assess contractor risk assessments and method statements against project scope.
7. Participate in pre-start meetings, team meetings, and client meetings as required.
8. Assist with project administration and finances from inception to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Key Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in condition surveying and project delivery is desirable.
* Knowledge of lifecycle project requirements or construction environments.
* Experience reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
* Experience working in the Education sector or with PFI Contracts is advantageous.
